All we need is a yoga-mat sized space, somewhere in the comfort of your home (or a short trip to my private studio). I will provide any additional equipment needed for our training, all portable and easy to use.
We will focus on building longevity and passion for movement and body awareness-- and you'll love the physical changes you see in the process!
