I am a passionate Fitness Professional! I weave science, intentional movement practices, self-awareness practices, and decades of experiential knowledge into every class I teach. I care deeply that the students I get the opportunity to teach and influence have a good experience in class with me, and leave feeling empowered and inspired to keep learning, growing, self-advocating, and ultimately feeling stronger and healthier over time. My ultimate goal: that each person I work with learn about themselves, their capability and capacity for growth, and how to take care of
their bodies better. I have a "teach a man to fish" approach to the way I teach all sorts of movement styles.
