Let's find intentional mind-body connection and relaxation through flexibility/mobility training and yoga!

 

With my innovative myofascial  manual stretch techniques, we will systematically and progressively lengthen and relax overly tight and bound muscles. What does this look like for you?  Similar to other styles of body work (thai massage, acupressure etc), you will lie in a comfortable position on a yoga mat or other floor padding, and I will manipulate your limbs, fascia and muscle tissue to manually release body tension.

 

 In our yoga practice, we will flow vigourously, progressively building body heat, or work restoratively through resting postures that will cool the body down. With a focus on deep and diaphragmatic breathing, we will teach the body how to de-stress and to allow our rest-and-digest systems to take over to create a long-lasting calm.

 

Perfect for post-workout or during a stressful time of life to create a sense of calm and ease.  These are also booked as at-home sessions, at my home studio, or in the comfort of your own home.

Brittany has been helping me with my flexibility over the past 2 years. She is great to work with-- very punctual with timing (even at the 7am time slots!), very aware of my injuries and joints, and very cautious with movements she knows I may struggle with. Her extensive background and experience in the field of stretching, dancing, and yoga really showcases when she is working with her clients. She is super hands-on, and is very knowledgeable when it comes to body soreness, inflammation, and fatigued muscles. I box a couple of times a week, and am a natural runner from when I was younger. Throughout the high-intensity workouts, and now at the age of 32, some of my joints are slowly deteriorating. She helps me keep my body feeling young and fresh with her progressive techniques and is a great stress reliever/ way to start my busy days at the office.
